    In espresso, notes of dark chocolate with a high cocoa percentage emerge, combined with walnut, bay leaf, and a subtle hint of orange. The impression of Bastogne biscuits gives it a spicy, cookie-like accent.

    As a cappuccino, the coffee remains robust when combined with milk, featuring clear spicy and nutty notes and a full flavour experience.

    In an Americano, the profile shifts to chocolate and nutty biscuit, with a round, firm base.

    The bitterness is high and defines its character, while the acidity and sweetness are sufficiently present to provide balance. With a full body and medium complexity, this is a distinct, robust coffee with clear bitter notes and a powerful structure.

        Voorbereiding
        Spoel het filterpapier met heet water om papiersmaak te verwijderen en de dripper voor te verwarmen.

        0:00 – 0:30 - Bloom
        Giet tot 50 gram water.
        Laat 30 seconden bloomen. 

        0:30 – 1:00
        Giet rustig door tot 150 gram. 

        1:30 – 2:00
        Giet verder tot 250 gram.

        Totale zettijd: ± 2:50 minuten

        Watertemperatuur: 96°C
        Maalgraad: Fijn (poederachtig)
        Koffie: 18 gram
        Extractie: 40 ml
        Totale extractietijd: ± 28 seconden

        Zetinstructies

        Voorbereiding
        Maal 18 gram koffie fijn
        Verdeel gelijkmatig in de filterdrager en tamp stevig en recht.

        Extractie
        Start direct de extractie.
        Streef naar 40 ml espresso in ongeveer 23 seconden.

        French press

        Watertemperatuur: 95°C
        Breng water aan de kook (100°C) en laat 30 seconden afkoelen.

        Maalgraad: Grof  
        Koffie: 30 gram
        Water: 500 ml
        Totale zettijd: 8:00 minuten

        Zetinstructies

        Stap 1 – Voorbereiding
        Plaats de French Press op een weegschaal en tareer.
        Voeg 30 gram grof gemalen koffie toe. 

        Stap 2 – Opzetten
        Giet water op tot 500 gram.
        Roer kort door zodat alle koffie verzadigd is.

        Stap 3 – Extractie
        Laat 8 minuten trekken. 

        Stap 4 – Serveren
        Druk de plunger langzaam naar beneden en serveer direct.
