You can easily adjust the intensity, milk texture, and temperature to suit your taste. Then save your settings under your own unique name and create up to 8 personalized coffee recipes.

        The Sage 4-Step Formula

        Sage espresso machines are optimized for precise dosing of freshly ground beans, precise temperature control, maintaining optimal water pressure, and creating authentic microfoam—essential for latte art. With just one touch, you can enjoy the full four-step formula used by professional coffee makers.

        Just swipe and select to enjoy all your favorite coffee drinks

        Thanks to automation at every stage, all you have to do is swipe to select espresso, long black, latte, flat white, or cappuccino. The user-friendly touchscreen allows you to enjoy third wave quality coffee at home.

        The Dual Boiler heating system

        The Dual Boiler heating system provides extraction, steam, and a heated brew group simultaneously. The stainless steel boilers and heated brew group are controlled by PID temperature control to get the water to exactly the right temperature for the best possible flavor, cup after cup.

        Hands-free microfoam with Auto MilQ

        Set the milk temperature between 40°C and 75°C and choose from 8 texture levels to customize the foam to your taste. Delivers silky smooth microfoam with at least one million bubbles per ml, which enhances the coffee flavor and is perfect for latte art. Manual frothing like a barista is also possible.

        • Professional stainless steel portafilter

          of 58 mm for a 22 g dose. Coffee with a full and complex flavor is prepared with an ideal dose of 22 grams of freshly ground beans in a professional 58 mm stainless steel portafilter.

        • Automatic grinding, dosing, and tamping

          with European precision grinding elements from Baratza® with 45 grind settings. The fully integrated, hardened precision grinder with conical grinding elements can automatically grind and tamp 22 g of coffee directly into the professional 58 mm portafilter for perfect flavor.

        • Pre-infusion

          at low pressure, followed by an extraction pressure of 9 bar. A delicious, creamy, caramel-colored espresso begins with pre-infusion at low pressure, followed by a high-pressure extraction process (9 bar) using our 15-bar Italian pump.
