The 3 phases of cleaning
1. Cleaning
The brewing group and preparation sieve are thoroughly rinsed with hot water at a temperature of 80 °C. The highly effective formula of the cleaning tablet removes coffee grease and oil residues, which can affect the taste and quality of the coffee.
2. Maintenance
In the second phase, the maintenance phase, special active ingredients ensure that the surfaces of the respective components are sealed, preventing the re-deposition of coffee residue and coffee fats.
3. Protection
In the newly developed third phase, complexing agents permanently protect the full automatic machine from mineral deposits.
