In 2000, Kaldi started with a store in Zwolle and since then we have expanded to 25 branches in the Netherlands. We have grown into a real franchise formula, but we are also there for you at events with Kaldi Mobiel, buy coffee beans online through the webshop and with Kaldi business for our business customers.
Kaldi celebrates its anniversary with 25 stores

The future of Kaldi
In January 2025, Hans Tietema handed over Kaldi to Martijn Bas and Guus Groeneveld. Martijn and Guus want to grow with Kaldi in every possible way. They want to expand our franchise formula, be able to do more for business customers and be more visible at events. Kaldi has developed into a real specialist within the coffee world, but with the new plans we are certainly not there yet!
